While sending some of the copies of the photos I took during our bike ride and visit to the village, I wanted to take the opportunity of thanking you most profusely for the welcome you gave us and for the great hospitality that you showed to us during our stay in November.
From the moment we arrived until we left the following day, you looked after us in an exemplary fashion. The food was quite delicious and the cooking demonstration was much appreciated as was being served dinner under the stars by the pool. Our bike ride – despite puncture- was the greatest fun and my ox ride into the villages was memorable. Our rooms were stunning and it was particularly generous to let us use both the suites – my son James really appreciated not having to share a room with his aged mother.
Staying with you was an experienceI shall remember for years to come- a rare treat to be in such a professionally run hotel and yet feel completely at home.
During our stay we were wished ‘Happy Diwali’ many, many times, it is now my turn to wish you all a very Happy Christmas!

On April 16th, 2010 the european air space was closed due to a volcanic ash cloud. The european air safety authorities feared a threat to life or physical condition of our mutual clients.The entire travel industry faced its greatest challenge in history.

All the accommodation and organization was very good. I always had the assistant in all the airports and the guides, in addition to good professionals, they become good friends of mine,
specially Mr.Shibashis.
I understand my trip was a little complex from Kumbh Mela to the tribes and then to Ladakh, but this complexity make it more enjoyable and exciting.
Just in Ladakh it was a little too cold, but I understand that “Le passage to India” has a lot of qualifications but not influence on the weather, yet.´

All the flights, transfers and hotels have been best organized with excellent and friendly service and fine meals. On tour in West Bengal and Sikkim our accompanying guide Mr. Wangchuk Sharpa was an excellent and most competent host, very friendly and polite.. We would like to really warmly recommend Mr. Wangchuk to other tourists or trekkers.
We have really a lot of experience with travelling on surface in India and around now, but Mr. Tinu from Siliguri was probably the best driver we ever had, driving very safe and reliable so we never got scared on this sometimes small and sharp turn mountain roads. So many thanks to all who were involved in managing this fantastic trip through West Bengal and Sikkim! We are sure to visit this region sometime again.

Our winter season is almost over. We still have only several flights from Ekaterinburg to GOA.

We recently returned from a fantastic holiday doing the Golden Triangle and a week's relaxing in Kerala.
We wanted to contact you to let you know that this was our third holiday to India with yourselves, the previous two being to Goa, and to let you know in England what an excellent job your representatives are doing in India.
